Helping organisations to navigate rapid change and disruption.
I help schools build a shared, whole-of-school approach to digital wellbeing, AI, and empowering students to take responsibility, in an education landscape shaped by constant disruption.
I work across leadership, staff, students, and parents to create clarity, consistency, and shared language, shifting schools from reactive responses to coordinated approaches across the whole community.
This builds trust with families, supports confident, coordinated decision-making, and reduces reactive issues, easing pressure on leadership and pastoral teams.
Alongside my work in education, I deliver workshops and coaching for local governments, corporates, and professional services firms.
I also work as an MC and facilitator for conferences, panels, and community events, bringing energy, and warmth to conversations that matter.
The ‘why’ behind my work
At the heart of what I do is a belief that people perform better when they feel confident, capable, and supported. Whether I’m working with students, staff, or leadership teams, the goal is the same:
Fewer reactive responses, stronger personal responsibility, and more confident decision-making.
If you’re seeing disruption in your school or organisation, whether it’s AI, Gen Z entering the workforce, or something else entirely, I’d love to chat.

What sets me apart?
My open, positive, and genuine presenting style meets Gen Z students where they are and acknowledges the intensity of the challenges they’re facing today.
My legal background allows me to work comfortably at the intersection of policy, people, and performance.
I view my storytelling as a superpower, and instil every talk and workshop with relatable, personal elements.
I create a welcoming environment where your students can be themselves, face their obstacles, and build life-changing skills.
What working with me looks like…
-
For over 7 years, I’ve been speaking to young people at schools across Australia. When I was in high school I realised I could support my peers by sharing the ‘mental toolkit’ I had developed to tackle the obstacles I was facing.
Now, close to a decade on, I’ve taken those experiences – as well as the ones I’ve encountered throughout university, my career, and beyond – and channelled them into engaging, upbeat, and actionable presentations that actually connect with young people.
-
In my talks and workshops, I tackle contemporary issues facing students today, including:
AI in education
Resilience for the digital world
Critical thinking
Solving the problems of the future
Leadership for tomorrow
Taking responsibility for your life and your future
Career skills for Gen Z
