Turning disruption into whole-of-system solutions

Turning disruption into whole-of-system solutions •

How we can work together:

  • School Packages

I help schools build a shared, whole-of-school approach to digital wellbeing, AI, and empowering students to take responsibility, in an education landscape shaped by constant disruption.

I work across leadership, staff, students, and parents to create clarity, consistency, and shared language. This builds trust with families and reduces reactive issues, easing pressure on leadership and pastoral teams.

  • Corporate Training

I help local governments, NFPs and corporations to build more resilient teams, tackle AI use and policy and empower individuals to take personal responsibility.

My programs for graduates create strong, efficient, and resilient grads by proactively addressing the high-stress challenges of the corporate environment and giving them the tools to thrive.

  • 1:1 Career Coaching

I’m helping early career professionals gain clarity and find career alignment through my proven four-step model, a key part of my guided, 1:1 personalised Career Clarity Coaching sessions.

Organisations I’ve worked with:

Help organisations tackle today’s challenges head-on.

I help schools build shared, whole-of-school approaches to digital wellbeing, AI, and student responsibility in an education landscape shaped by constant disruption. I work across leadership, staff, students, and parents to create clarity, consistency, and shared language, supporting schools to move from reactive responses to coordinated, confident action across the whole community.

Alongside my work in education, I partner with local governments, corporates, NFPs and professional services firms to deliver training in communication, resilience, and self-leadership, with a particular focus on graduate and early-career professionals navigating high-pressure environments. My legal background allows me to work at the intersection of policy, people, and performance.

Meet Paris McNeil

Hi, I’m Paris!

Through engaging presentations, interactive training, tailored policy design and impactful coaching, I work with organisation to develop the systems to face complex modern issues.

At the heart of what I do is a belief that people perform better when they feel confident, capable, and supported. Whether I’m working with students, staff, or leadership teams, the goal is the same: fewer reactive responses, stronger personal responsibility, and more confident decision-making.

If you’re seeing disruption in your industry, whether it’s AI, Gen Zs entering the workforce, or something else entirely, I’d love to chat.

Praise for Paris McNeil

  • I wanted to share my positive experience with Paris's leadership training. It was engaging, educational, and well presented. The Young Leaders came out of the session feeling confident and excited with their new leadership skills. Paris's enthusiasm and kindness made the session enjoyable, and her approach was both informative and practical.

  • It was an absolute pleasure to have Paris attend the City of Wanneroo Childhood and Youth Services team meeting. This provided our team with an understanding of the social media ban proposal that would affect young people in our local community. Paris was very engaging and knowledgeable about the topic and had a real understanding of the different effects this ban could potentially have on young people. Throughout the session the team collaborated to establish conversations that could be had with young people and the wider community ensuring consistent messaging across Federal, State and local government.

  • Paris really set us up for the afternoon and it was great to see the students put her tips into practice in the activities later on in the afternoon. Paris spoke well so that our Year 7 students could really understand and grasp the concepts she was putting forward. It was great to see her have a laugh and rapport with them. The students continued to use terms such as: active listening, empathy and leading by example. This was down to Paris and her delivery!

  • Paris was a wonderful speaker who gave so much insight from her own personal experience transitioning from university to the work life. I found a lot of relevance to her experiences and the ways she’s dealt with the feeling of imposter syndrome, this talk has been incredibly beneficial.

  • Paris is an incredibly talented speaker, and I was genuinely blown away by the practical tips and insights she shared on how to connect with audiences and deliver memorable presentations. From strategies to speak confidently on the spot, to techniques for keeping people engaged throughout, her advice was both actionable and inspiring.

  • Paris delivered an engaging presentation to our Year 7–10 students on the upcoming social media ban. She was both relatable and informative, helping our students better understand the implications of the ban and how to prepare for life without social media. Thank you Paris!
